MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

What warranty do you offer?

Our greenhouses include a 10-year warranty on the galvanized steel frame and a 5-year warranty on the polycarbonate panels.

The steel structure is designed to resist rust and corrosion, while the UV-protected polycarbonate panels are built for long-term outdoor use.

Will the greenhouse survive strong wind and snow?

Yes. Our greenhouses use a galvanized steel frame with reinforced arches, designed to handle harsh weather conditions.

The structure distributes weight evenly and is built for year-round outdoor use.

With proper installation, the frame can handle heavy snow loads (40 lbs/ft²) and strong winds typical in many U.S. region

Are the polycarbonate panels strong enough?

Absolutely. The greenhouse uses 6 mm twin-wall polycarbonate panels.
Compared to thin plastic covers, 6 mm polycarbonate:

  • resists hail and impact
  • handles snow pressure better
  • provides improved insulation for plants

Thicker panels are commonly used in durable greenhouses because they offer better strength and weather resistance.

Where are your products manufactured?

Products from A-Z are manufactured in the Baltic States. That's why we are proud of its durability and quality.

Is assembly difficult?

No special skills are required.
Most customers assemble the greenhouse in 6–8 hours with two people using basic tools.

Will plants get enough sunlight?

Yes. Polycarbonate panels provide excellent light transmission while diffusing sunlight, which helps prevent plant burn and creates a stable growing environment.

This allows plants to receive plenty of natural light while still being protected from extreme weather.

How long does a polycarbonate greenhouse last?

With proper installation and maintenance, a polycarbonate greenhouse can last 10–20 years or more.

We make things that work better and last longer.
